Applicants must meet the following:

Must have an earnest desire

to become a homeowner.

Have a willingness to work with our program directors/affiliates and be coached through the home buying process.

HOW IT WORKS

We would have a Love Thy Neighbor Project®(LTN) represenative reach out to discuss the opportunity of sending an LTN ambassador out to your community or faith organization.

PRESENTATION

We conduct a 25-30 minute presentation at your

organization. We bring in other experts

such as a Real Estate Agents, Loan Officers,

Home Inspectors, Insurance Agents & others

who can provide other valuable information

to your employees or members .

We discuss the PROCESS, the BENEFITS

and the POSSIBILITIES. We make ourselves

available to follow up with individuals or members who are interested after they complete the short contact form and one of our LTN team members or affiliate partners will reach out to them to get the process started.

FAQ’s

Q. When is it a good time to purchase a home?

A. If you don’t currently own a home then there is no better time than the present. You should try and purchase a home as soon as humanly possible.

Q. What about the interest rates?

A. If you do not own a home and you are renting then you are consequently paying 100% interest. Interest rates may vary. Which is why we have a loan readiness program that will get you prepared for the type a loan that is right for you.

Q. What if I dont have good credit or a down payment

A. If you dont have a huge down payment it will still benefit you to apply and discover the possibilties. Depending on where you choose to purchase a home there may be some government programs that may be available to you that may provide some down payment assistance (DPA) that would require you to pay very little out of pocket.
